  This is our standard agreement with all the Terms and Conditions of how geezit provides products, services and support.

  This is our ‘geezit Business Continuity (BC)’ agreement with all the Terms and Conditions of how we provide the products, services and support.

• Fair Use Policy - ModernOffice Support Plan

  This Fair Use Policy applies to ModernOffice Support Plan. It allows us to offer generous Unlimited Remote Support (phone and email) remote support to customers who make a normal amount of usage of the service.

• Online Payments Terms of Use

  This is our Online Payment terms for automatic payments (Direct Debit) via Credit Card and Bank Accounts. It also includes information about Credit Card payment processing fees.

• Direct Debit Service Agreement

  This is the Direct Debit Request (DDR) Service Agreement that applies when geezit debits your nominated Credit Card or Bank Account. Monthly Support Plans, Cloud Services and Managed Products are payable by direct debit.
